PakSquad is an independent third-party marketplace that connects customers with experienced human players who perform in-game services. All work is done by real people in accordance with each game's rules at the time of the order. We do not operate bot farms and we never use automated scripts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
• Payment is due before work begins unless an alternative is agreed in writing.
• Promotional codes may only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4. Account security

Where login details are required to complete a service, they are used solely for that purpose, stored securely, and deleted once the order is complete. We recommend changing your password after any service that used your login. You are responsible for keeping your details safe.

5. Risk disclaimer

We take every precaution to keep your account safe. However, participation in in-game services is at your own risk. PakSquad is not liable for any action taken by a game developer or publisher as a result of using our services, nor for any loss of in-game items or progress beyond the scope of the agreed order.

6. Intellectual property

All game titles, characters, trademarks and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. PakSquad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakSquad's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
